Case High Art Knife?

Any comments on this knife? I know the seller is a very knowledgeable knife person, however I would take issue with him that this is not a half congress knife, Also I feel certain I have seen the exact same picture on an Aerial knife. Maybe both companies used the same picture?

I'm thinking the nail nick should be further out on the blade for that era.

Seller of O.P. knife is Smoky Mountain Knife Works. Over the years they have employed various individuals to write the listing info. Errors are relatively common. You cannot reply on what the listing says even though this site belongs to what likely is the largest knife seller in North America.
