Any help identifying and estimating value on this Case fixed blade?

That looks like a pretty nice knife, from the pics I would go up to $100:00 in an action setting as a collector. As someone who was buying to flip, I'd spend no more than $70:00
Of course if I had it in hand and noticed any issues that would have a bearing on how much I'd spend. Just my opinion that's all. Mike
