Schrade Cutlery Company Display Case

Schrade Cutlery Company was founded in 1904 by George Schrade, and his brothers Jacob and William Schrade. In 1946 Imperial Knife Associated Companies, (IKAC; an association of Ulster Knife Co and Imperial Knife Co) purchased controlling interest in Schrade Cut Co and changed the name to Schrade Walden Cutlery. In 1973 the name was changed to Schrade Cutlery. In 2004 Schrade closed due to bankruptcy.

This forum is dedicated to the knives that are the legacy of this company. This forum is not the place to discuss the replica knives currently being imported using the Schrade name.

Schrade Cutlery Company Display Case

Post by ozzie marie »

I was fortunate to win this Schrade Company Display Case from an auction in Atlanta and after a few nerve racking days it arrived in its new home. Its going to need a little restoration but I believe its completely original.

We have low humidity here at the house and it is warm and cozy; fill that up with the right stuff and send it on over; I will keep it safe for you.

Very neat display.

Now, the question is, can you fill it with appropriate items? :D

Very nice Kieth. That is only the second one I have seen. They are rare survivors. If anyone can fill it up with the correct knives you can. Congrats.
