3 new knives

Post by clint »

Hey all so I've been out of town Working for the last three weeks This work stuff sure gets in the way of the knife making so I just have sat, sunday to work on the knives and play with the kid ,I've got these three to show I've been working on them as much as I could I still need to finish the handles on two of them but as I will be gone again next week I thought I,d see what you all thought of them ,the two damascus blades started out
2 1/2L x 1 1/2w billets the 1 with the tight pattern is 15n20-1095 its 120 or so layers the other with the dark red handle started out 4-1080,4-1095,
7-15n20 I pounded it out then cut it into 3 then stacked to make 45 layers
this knife I will uses as a work knife for MEEEEE I like it until some one wants it then I'll sell it and make another !!! LOL the Green knife is going to a delta team sgt. next week as soon as I make the handle shine and put a edge on it.its 5160 and hade a great harmen line until I put the OD green Gun-kote on it ,it has a 5" blade and is 1/4 thick . I'll do that in the hotel room this week ,hope you like them I sure miss reading the post and seeing the other knives It would of been better if I was born RICH "LOL"
