Cccseries confusion

The Camillus Cutlery Company was one of the oldest knife manufacturers in the United States with roots dating back to 1876. The company manufactured Camillus branded knives and was a prolific contractor for other knife brands up until its last days in 2007 when the company filed for bankruptcy.

Cccseries confusion

Post by Robbie K »

Please, can anybody clear up my problem relating to the CCC series (Bone). I have moose knife marked CCC2 on the tang, bone scales, with 30/30 cartridge base inlaid. The blade is plain.
I also have a lockblade, with delrin scales, and 30/06 cartridge base inlaid. Tang stamped C6
Looking thru various sites, I notice that there are CCC knives etched on the blade, with etched dimensioned cartridge cases, and cartridge cases of various calibres inlaid.
I would really like to get a full set of CCC knives, but am totally confused.
Is there someone out there who can list the various knives in their correct series. Am I correct in assuming that there are only two CCC knife series? If so,a definitive list of knives in each series would be most helpful, and you would have my grateful thanks.
