I ran across a guy who had 2 copies at the OKCA show a couple-three years ago. I bought one for $35 and walked over to Bernie’s table to have him sign it for me.
There was a guy talking to him & the guy saw my book. He asked me where I got it. I told him, “at the show,” & told him the guy said he had another copy.
He asked "where?" & then "how much?"
I told him & pointed to the table half way across the hall and the guy took off on a dead run, knocked over a baby carriage, 3 dogs & a hot-dog vendor to get there. (Just kidding, but I thought someone would get hurt the way he took off!)

Bernie said that $35 was a really good price, even then.
I know one guy who has an old dog-eared copy with the cover missing & he constantly turns down $100 for it.

I should have bought both copies.......... ::dang:: ::dang::

3rd on Amozon 20-27 bucks
I guess the 4th addition is the authority, also the reviews of the 5th are not impressive at all. I'm just looking forward to kickin back in my chair at the campsite and reading my 4th addition. ::ds::

i have all of them and there is not much difference in the first five. a few additions, a few ommitions. the later blade version(without levine) is much the same as previous editions with a few additions. they are all good resource books.
