Does this look good to anybody? It has 17 bids. Looks like the blade tang has been sanded down and re-stamped.

I'm far from bein' an expert but it looks legit to me, But it also looks like it's been buffed 'til there's not much left of it.

Bone jigging not right, the frame for a Case trapper does not look right, the tang area is very large for the tang stamps which are not even, does not look like a genuine Case to me.

For posterity here’s some of the seller’s pictures of the pathetic thing.

Not a thing old or Case about the knife. Looks like a more recent Parker brand knife with some added fake stamps, handles and shield.
If I have seen further it is by standing on the shoulders of giants.

A bit odd that one of the bidders has 73% of his bidding history with this seller.

Re: Case Bros. Little Valley
Let's definitely cold stamp not even close to a case. Not even a good fake. Hopefully they put in the description that it is a counterfeit/fake. I have called people out before on eBay concerning knives that were listed some of them were well received and some we're not. But I would definitely ask the seller if he is presenting that as an authentic knife made
by case.
