I know this is not the exact knife you are looking for. But when I saw this post I was
sure I had just what you wanted so I went to look for it.
This is close though.

Its never been carried. I bought it at a Western Auto in a little Ms town.
he did not keep them wrapped and in the box. It was in a box with at least
6 other knives. I bought no telling how many knives from him before he closed.
Most of them dating in the 70's.
