Hi! NOOB from San Joaquin Valley Calif.
Hi everyone! Happy to be here and to finally have the time to do so. I'm a retired Navy FireControl Chief and a production mechanic at a company that makes "Fun Foods". Have always been a knife nut but recently started researching some of the ones I've collected over the years and have bought recently. Hoping to hang out here and elsewhere and enjoy the time researching and starting a collection.

Welcome to the site. This group seems very friendly and allows a bit more freedom in what you post than the other large knife site so enjoy! If you ever have any questions about stone feel free to ask me. I am not one of those secretive types who won't share any tricks or "secrets". I answer all questions and I hide nothing in my answers.......

Thanks for the warm welcome! Been searching through the site and have been learning all kinds of neat stuff. Great articles and posts throughout. Researched a couple recent buys and found it to be very satisfying! Thanks again.
