Any educated guesses as to the value of a 1967 Randall No. 14 with saw-tooth top edge and a 1967 sheath?
Knife has the name and rank of the Green Beret soldier to whom it belonged and was carried for two years in Vietnam and three in Thailand.
Its owner spent five consecutive years in Southeast Asia.
Not my knife, not in my possession.
Asking for a friend.
He bought it new in 1967 for $45.00.

A Randall 14 w/sawtooth carried in Viet Nam for sale by the original owner. Got to be in the thousands. How many thousands I haven't a clue but it has to be several.

"Randall Knives A Reference Book" by Sheldon Wickersham came out in 2007. If you can get his email address he is o.k. with answering any questions about Randall knives. His opinion of value will be accurate.
