Great collection! I need to get some more with bone and wood handles. Nearly all of mine are Delrin. That stag one is gorgeous!


Around here, most people that were miners will have three (and quite often multiples of each--I know one guy who has close to ten Kleins): A Klein Tools made by Utica/Kumaster, a Boker 9215M "The Miner", and a Case 62031LHR. My Granddad was given all three by his employer. I have 3-4 Kleins, some given to me by Granddad, some given to me by retired miner friends, some I bought new; Granddad's 9215M (a junker with a broken tip--he has two others), a buddy's 9215M (used, but cared for); and Granddad's 62031LHR; as well as two Italian made "full arch" pruners (big knife with a blade barely smaller than a brush hook), an Ibberson-made Klein (Sheffield, England), a wood handle Camillus, and a few others. With hawkbills being so plentiful due to the mines, and having had three even before I officially started collecting the things, I said "might as well pick up a few I like".
