All blades have the 4 line tang stamp (early 1930's to the mid 1940's).
It measures 3 5/16 inches closed.

Re: Vintage Whittler Knives
Really nice looking knives posted
Here are couple of mine that I got from Roland awhile ago.
First is a Geneva with ink on the back of the main blade and next is an unmarked checkered horn whittler with ink on the back of the main blade also.

Re: Vintage Whittler Knives
W. H. MORLEY & SONS - GERMANY, 3 blade, swelled center, "split back" whittler pocket knife. I'm not sure of the handle material, I'm guessing bone or ivory. It's from the years 1913 to 1927. Each tang is stamped for a total of six tang stamps. With one blade broken and half a handle missing, it's not in the best of shape. But for some reason I like it.

Here’s a couple I just got. The etched NYK I owned and sold years ago but was able to get it back. The other is a 4” closed Joseph Rodgers.

Re: Vintage Whittler Knives
Nice whittlers guys!
Here are two NYKC whittler pattern folders I have recently acquired. The swell center (tuxedo) Whittler has tortoise shell handles and is most likely pre 1900. The Wharncliffe whittler is most probably post 1900. The Wharncliffe is 3 inches closed and is Hammer Brand marked and the swell center is 2 & 7/8 inches closed and is NON Hammer Brand marked.
