Case 6250 Elephant Toe in Stag "Excellent Condition"???

Post by herbva »

Obviously, someone has rehandled this 6250 in stag. My question is why would someone put this much effort in on this knife, and pin the shield on upside down? The description of "Excellent Condition" is debatable, but I certainly do agree it is a "rare" knife.

I have seen several 70's era toenails rehandled in stag over the years. But this is a first with an upside down shield,so it could be considered rare.
