I don't either, especially the price.

I don’t recognize the pattern but there are a lot of old undocumented patterns. Aside from that I’ve never seen a knife stamped W.R. Case & Sons and TESTED XX. The TESTED XX trademark belonged to Case Brothers. Most believe when the trademark was acquired by W.R. Case after Case Brothers bankruptcy, they changed their stamp to CASE over BRADFORD PA., and started using the TESTED XX (usually in a circle or oval) mark on the pile side of the master, or on secondary blades. Most also have a pattern number.
I suppose it’s possible, but I wouldn’t bid. Too rich for my pocketbook anyway. For posterity here’s the OP knife.

Without even looking at the tang stamps, I can tell you it is a phony POS.

Looks too unfinished to be a true Case. Squared off all the way around.

Junk knife just like the terrible Remington R1293 he has listed. They have a large variety of items for sale and could be they don't know the knives are fakes.
If I have seen further it is by standing on the shoulders of giants.
