CMP Trapper

Good morning all hope are doing well , ordered my Christmas from Civilian Marksmanship Program. 3" trapper handles made from broken M1Garand stocks , can't make out tang stamp

That looks like a Bear and Son to me. Those M1 Garand Walnut stocks look similar (but better grained) than the walnut they used for the Remington 870 series; which supposedly was from discarded Remington shotgun stocks.
