Those qualify for sure, Ridgegrass! I've had a few of those smooth red bone knives over the year. Nice knives!

That actually looks a lot like "Smooth Rose" bone to me. Some Case knives with Smooth Rose bone handles have an "SR" prefix in the pattern number...but since yours is a 1980 model, I don't know if it would show that. (Based on my own observations, most of the Case knives with handle color prefix letters in the pattern number seem to be from the 1990s decade.)

I have one like that...same Oxblood Red color, but mine is the "MINK" model with spay blade and no liner lock.

And, wouldn't you know it, my "LITTLE BANDIT" just happens to be...yup, you guessed it...GREEN ! (not "Greenbone" just green bone that's actually green)
