Wonder what our German Eye people think about this knife? Blades don't look right and that pin through the top bolster is huge. Only 1 pic - is there a good reason? Nice shield!

I think I’d pass on this one. I agree the pin is not right. Condition is poor.

The wear and age of the two blades doesn't look consistent with each other. I know many knives get one blade used, over the other...but, the patina and steel doesn't seem to be the same, between the two blades. Between that...and the pin...I'm thinking the clip blade was replaced. I'm no Eye expert, so I couldn't say for sure.

Yeah, looks like a newer clip that has been patina'd to try and match the age of the other blade. Ugh...
