Are These Blades Replacements?

I picked up these two identical Imperial Crown knives today. However, there is NO stamps on any of the tangs on either knife. I spent an hour searching via Ebay, the net and here on AAPK, and every knife of this pattern has a clip point and a pen blade. The two I have are Sheepsfoot and Pen. The blades on both have great snap, blades open smoothly and don't appear to have ever been sharpened and are razor sharp. I cleaned the blades up a bit due to having some dark tint & spots on the blades...which I assume are not stainless, but carbon blades. There is no blade wobble and the scales appear to be plastic and everything is tight.

I'm not knowledgeable enough about Imperial knives to know what I got. I didn't pay much for them, but liked them. They will make great users though.

Has someone replaced these blades?
Are these two knives 'parts knives'...or counterfeits?

Any insight is appreciated...negative or positive.

I see these quite a bit. I believe they are designed more for floral and budding/grafting use. I guess they just, instead of wasting the money on a tang stamped version of one of the blades just decided it was far cheaper just to delete the main blade from a Stockman. I occasionally see Kutmaster versions as well.

While my old Imperial Stockman is a Diamond Edge (with the diamond "D-E" shield), the threaded bolsters and blade shapes are identical.

I have owned a few never used Imperial DE folding knives but none had 'razor sharp' blade edges. I have never met an older Imperial with truly sharp blades.

Well, the only reason I stated "razor sharp" in my post, is because I have the 3/8" slice on my index finger to prove it. Didn't get my finger out of the way while closing it...and SNAP! Silly me.
