Doesn't look right. Rescaled, badge shape and the scrapes around the badge are bad. Gem???

Looks like a pretty rough rehandle job.
If I have seen further it is by standing on the shoulders of giants.

Are the blades original Western States ? To me they look like recently made blades.

The pattern is a 206. That and the 106 are the only 2 patterns with lanyard holes.

The 106 came as the 2106, 2106V, 3106 and 5106 - pearl, pearl overlay, colored composition and buck horn.

The models were 5206 with stag horn or buck horn handles and the 2206, with "heavy pearl composite" handles. That tortoise shell would have been listed as "amber composite" and the model would have been A206, but there is no A206 listed in the 1931, 1936, 1941 or 1950 catalogs

So it's gotta be a rehandle.
