I think I'm the one who will finish the topic.
First - I want to thank Tom - he is the man who decided to include me in The Secret Santa. He just wanted to make me and my family happy and he did.
Tom, if you're worried about cooking, when this whole pandemic crisis is over, we can come visit you with my family in Germany. We will go fishing and give you some cooking lessons.
Second, I'm sorry, but I can't show you all the things in the big box I got from Tom and his family. A huge amount of candy that my daughter destroyed, even though she was on a diet
Very cool chocolates full of gin,
which I destroyed. And white chocolate with strawberries, which my wife politely tastes.
Third, as (maybe
) everyone knows, my collection is primarily rust and patina, of golden middle age. And for the first time I have brand new, untouched knives. They are amazing!
And fourth, knives are a great thing, but what's really important is Tom and his family's attitude toward a stranger in an unfamiliar country. This is the thing that defines a real person!

The is a beautiful custum fixed blade knife from our AAPK's very own Eustace (Georgi). This is the first fixed blade knife that I'll add to my collection. Actually, beings I can't carry this one, it will be my first ever really nice kitchen knife.
Attractive, Walnut handles & a sturdy, well made leather sheath round it all up. The workmanship is really something else!
