Wenger/Precise Swiss Army Knife

This pretty Executive Swiss army knife, I have posted before, but It is hard to find on the internet, this has the original papers, and as you can see on these Photos, it has a blade, file, scissors, tooth pick, tweezers, pouch. I've had this since the early 80's could it be from that decade? or possibly sooner? Sure appreciate any info if you have one or seen of this type oh, the Number on the box is 16.913

I have a little Vic like that I have carried for years. I would be lost without it. It gets used most by me out of all the other knives I EDC daily.

I see Precise-branded Wengers (often lockblades with "PRECISE BACKPACKER" etched on the blade) every now and then, and hadn't looked much into the until you posted this. Apparently, from at least 1970-1990, Precise Instrument Co. (aka PIC as seen on a lot of German and Japanese-made fixed blades and folders) was the main US importer for Wenger. So, 1980s fits in really well. On the SAK Wiki, I found several Wenger/Precise catalogs. And, in the 1982 catalog, I found your knife. I hate to tell you this, but it's a woman's knife

Page 11 from the 1982 Precise/Wenger catalog shows a model 16913 which matches the number and knife you show. It is called a "Lady Executive with Interlock". The Interlock was a weird type of lock, with the same idea as on the original TL-29s that you had to depress the main blade to release the screwdriver lock or old bartenders knives with a main blade released by the pen blade. The main blade locks, but you have to press down on the nail file to get it to unlock. They must have not caught on that well, despite a standard version, a Boy Scout variant, and this Lady Executive; this is only like the second one outside of catalogs I've seen.
