I think you will learn a lot about the knives you have. You will also learn
about other brands that may expand your collections and interests.

Yes that is my fear. Everytime I look at a new knife I have a little voice in the back of my mind." Do you really need another knife". I usually ignore it.

Welcome!Colonial is a great place to start a collection. Find some really old ones now! ::tu::
