kershaw knifes

kershaw knifes

I was in a gunshop today and they are a kershaw dealer also and my edc is a kershaw so i was looking at them and i noticed they all said china on them so i looked at mine and it says usa . my question is when did they see out to china.

Most of the earlier Kershaw knives were made in Japan although there were a couple that were made in Germany;notably the boot knife(which very much resembles a Puma boot knife)and a couple of their limited edition fixed blades. Not surprising that some are currently made in China;many companies do.

Kershaw's premium knives are still made here in the USA. It's their budget line that are made in China.
