Replaceable Hawksbill #3-German mark-BT-

Here is somewhat of a oddball. A hawksbill that is a replaceable blade on a wood handle. The blade is stamped 3 and the mark is BT, I think. Purchased in Germany. Anyone recognize the makers mark? Thank you in advance. I have never seen a vintage knife that had a replacement blade options, other than some box knives, nothing like this one though.

PMN: As a hawkbill nut, I'm loving it! The number 3 may be a blade number from a variety "kit" with different tools. I've seen "changers" with numbered blades. Hope someone here can identify the mark. There was an American company, B.T.Co. (BRIDGEPORT TOOL, New Haven, CT), and
Houston Price's Guide lists B & T Implement Cutlery Co. (no info on origin).

I'm thinking this might be for the fiber mill industry. A small hawkbill blade would be good for cleaning up fibers that have unraveled and jammed up the machinery. Sharpening them would be troublesome, so a knife with exchangeable blades would be quite good for the job. Plus, the handle is designed for pull-cutting.

Thank you gentlemen, I appreciate the information. I think that if it was for fiber, the mechanism that keeps the blade in place might fill up and tangle with tiny fibers. Just my thoughts. I think maybe like drywall or carpet knife, both would be welcome with a easy changeable blade. I will pursue the 2 marks suggestions, though coming from Germany may cloud that idea.

The blade itself is fixed in the handle but there is a smaller blade attached to it that is replaceable.See pic at the bottom edge.
