Ka Bar whaler with mammoth tooth scales

Post by Redrummd »

I finished this knife for a AAPK member and customer tonight and it is the best knife I have finished so far. It has no flaws I can find and is the first knife I finished that had no flaw I could find.

The mammoth tooth actually has a chatoyant light play in the harder enamel parts that I have not seen in mamoth tooth before.

Phil,

The flooring for my entire work shop is 1/2 inch foam flooring for just that reason. I really worry when I bring them to the house to pack them for shipping......
