Early Case fixed blade value

I'm wondering if anyone knows approximately how much I could sell this knife. I previously posted about identification help. I'm looking to sell and was wondering a good price.

If you list it on ebay in auction format with a $9.99 opening bid it will reach fair market value. I expect it would reach $100-200, possibly a little more, it is a nice knife. With fixed blades original sheath adds to value, lack thereof takes a little away.
