Troll Germany 2-bladed knife

I found in my used knives a small knife 3 1/4" closed marked ...Troll Germany...no other marking are on the knife.
When I looked in Goins Encyclopedia Pg. 274...I found just the name no other information...I noticed that this knife has a unusual shield
I don't know what the shield means if anything.... that could be a clue to more information
I know this knife has been used a lot and not in the best of condition but it seems to be the best example for the Troll cutlery
Need help on this one hopefully some one can show another example or know what the shield represents

When Germany was unified at the end of the 19th century, the national flag had stripes of black-white-red. After the defeat of the Second Reich in World War I, that flag was replaced by the black-red-yellow under the Weimar Republic.Jul 21, 2021
I found this online.... Could these colors symbolize the flag of the German Empire during that time?

I'm glad to see another Troll knife... The knife seems to be newer than the one I listed does anyone have any idea how old they both are?
