Stumbled across this one with celluloid handles. What say the Vintage Case experts: Real or Fake? ::shrug::

No! The real ones were never made with a cap bolster, and never with those handle covers. ::barf:: That one is cold stamped - you can see the metal pushed up/out around the letters.

:lol: :lol: :lol: Oh, Bob...I think pretty much every collector of Case knives would LOVE to have an authentic 25 cent knife...it's one of my personal "Holy Grail" knives. I was fooled once by a forgery (although not by this one with celluloid covers), but I keep hoping that one day... ::fc::
