A Wright knives are apparently made to order and have a reputation for poor quality right now. Taylor Eye Witness (TEW) seems to be more available but, I don't see much posted about them regarding quality. Who else makes Lambfoot pattern knives available today for under $100USD? I'm thinking about Sheffield made knives but, I'm open to other suggestions.
Any tips about where or how to look for them would be appreciated as Googling seems a bit random and hit or miss.
TIA,
Sid

The only modern Lambfoot knife i know of is the 2019, 933119 made by Great Eastern Cutlery. Not many were made and you would be very lucky to find someone who was willing to sell theirs. The price would be well over your $100 limit, but it is a superb knife and well worth whatever you pay for it. Note the steel liners.

This is a Made in Sheffield Lambsfoot with walnut covers. Its a good knife for the money. 46.00 plus shipping. The quality is way above the A Wright and Sons I have.

That looks really sharp. A GEC option could get me to spend more but, I suspect those are more in the $300 range or possibly more.kootenay joe wrote: ↑Tue Oct 19, 2021 11:53 pm The only modern Lambfoot knife i know of is the 2019, 933119 made by Great Eastern Cutlery.
