Excellent photos John. Very much appreciate the covered bridges and the "white" trees.

Rainy day at the farm, but I was out checking on the cows and watering troughs earlier today. The #47 heifer is really friendly, almost too much. I like the pattern on the #6 yearling, reminds me of Native painted ponies. You can also see The Wooden Throne at the top of the first powerline hill, between the two left poles. A damp 40° here today, seems like it's changing over to sleet now.

The cows actually like the tractors and ATVs, John. They think it's feeding time. I was out walking yesterday though.

I realized many years ago that I had little talent for shooting flying things, and confined my hunting to small mammals. One of my sons didn't take after me in that regard, however, and knocks 'em down on a regular basis. Here is a pic he just sent from the morning hunt he and a friend had.

Ike. Been bunny hunting for a long time. Still have a hard time hitting them. Anything that fly’s is safe too!!

Me too John. If it's sitting still it's already dead and just doesn't know it yet. If it's moving, it's as safe as if it were in it's mother's arms.

Funny caption, Jerry. Cool picture zaheerkhan.

Just did an XC tour of the hood. Not sure why my mapping app went crazy like it did, also it was more like 3 miles. A fun workout!

I XCed our coffee walk route today, the snow was perfect this morning. Got down to 27° last night so it was frozen on the bottom and fluffy on top. Lots of downed limbs and trees, it was a wet, heavy snow. The app worked better today too, said my top speed was 21 mph on one of the downhills.

Only had to pop my skis off to cross main streets, and 1 section of shoveled sidewalk that was about 25 yards long.
