I thought I had posted this old Morley Whittler before, must have been a different thread. I believe it has pressed stag scales, which aren't in the best of shape. But the rest of the knife is decent, excellent snap on all blades, half-stops on the secondary ones, a true survivor.

I'll bump this thread back up with a picture of my pliers knife. It was a gift from a friend a few years ago. He said he picked it up at an antique store many years ago. The sheath was with it when he gave it to me and he said it came with the knife when he purchased. While it's definitely an old sheath, I'm of the opinion that it didn't come with the knife. Seems to have a bit different shape than the knife. Thinking maybe an expert here might recognize it???

My grandpa has this old Morley knife that he got on a trade. It's pretty nice. 3 1/4 inch closed, all 4 blades stamped, and all have 1/2 stops. It actually matches 100% to a Case Brothers greenbone 6468, other than this has a curved bar shield. Even all the blade sizes/shapes match the Case knife.

Until this week I had not a single W H Morley knife. As it happens, there was a little whittler in a lot that I bought last week. As Miller Bro's remarked about Morley's in the first post in this thread, it is a very well made knife. I am always amazed to find a knife this old with intact MOP handles.

VERY NICE Morley & Sons cutlery being shown by everyone.

This is my one and only. It came in a group or lot of pocket knives that I bought back in November 2020. It definitely was NOT the reason for my purchase. With one blade broken and half a handle or scale missing, it is not in the best of shape. It is a W. H. MORLEY & SONS - GERMANY, circa 1913-1927, three blades, six tang stamps, swelled center, "split-spring" (I know it isn't a true split spring), whittler pattern or style of pocket knife. Three tang stamps say "W. H. (over) MORLEY (over) & SONS (over) GERMANY" and three tang stamps are of the four leaf clover logo. The pictures tell the story.

Picked up two more lately. Still showing original finish. For 100 year old knives they are not showing much if any use.

Here is one that fits. W H Morley & Sons in Mother of Pearl. The blades show lots of use, while the MOP is remarkable for a knife nearing or over 100 years old.
