Dog gone MM, I'm running out of superlatives to tell you how fine your knives look. Let's just put it this way, send me which ever one you want to, they all look awesome.

Real SWEET knives MM! I especially like the Rams horn. I like the look of brass against Ram's horn - seems like a natural match to me. Great work..............................I'm jealous, packing to move BUT I will make it to the Oregon show. ::ds::

I wonder how long it will take to get everything ship shape.

Okay, Please tell me you did not do all these knives in the past three days...... Like did you drink 3 pots of coffee and eat 20 BIG snicker bars for breakfast three days ago and just now slowed down????? ::shrug::

How do you do the metalwork on the bolsters? It looks way too even to be freehand.....

What is your buffing and polishing proceedure for the brass on the bolsters? I think you are getting a better finish than I am getting......

actually yes, sometimes I just get on a kick and work like crazy. I use a dremel for the stippling, all the bolster work is done freehand. I touch the bolsters with white on a medium buff on a high speed then drop down to a yellow compound with the same wheel/speed. The yellow is made just for brass and gives a mirror shine. I've tried scratchless pink on the brass after the yellow but it sometimes clouds the finish so I leave it at yellow. you can get the compounds from jantz supply.

spectacular Sir, just the best!
I particularly like the ivory one although I wouldn't throw the one with turquoise out of bed for eating crackers
Great work and an inspiration.
