When Semichome wont do it

Anybody have anysuggestions for cleaning the surface of a blade, when semichrome just wont remove the problem. Its some minor staining (not pits in the surface) only in a few small areas.
A coarser grit paste? or fine steel wool or??????

Try green Tripoli rouge on a loose 8" buff at 1725 RPMs.

I just used that combo to take the staining off a Case CV blade.
