Here,s one i did for a build off

Post by FOG »

The handle and sheath is some SWEET Cocobola. The blade is 1/8th 1095.
I originally started this blade as a razor for myself but when the build off came along i decided to enter it.This blade is SHARP !! The sharp edge is 2in. and the blade is 3/4" at the widest point, the knife is 4 11/16 o/a. and feels very nice in a 3 finger grip.
The knife IN the sheath is 5 1/4 overall length and 1 5/8 at the widest point.I carry it my shirt pocket and barely notice it. And FINALLY after all that reading
here is the knife/razor:

I still need to hand rub the blade it,s a 800grit machine finish now.

The wood looks great and I bet finishing the blade out a little more will really make it pop.
Nice job there.
