O Folks here is the latest project knife , I been wanting to do this for a couple of years an have made a couple simmilar peaces with different type mechanics , this one is as close to original as i can make it , the stag is over 60 years old an resqued off a Very old butchers knife that was made in the late 20's 30's era the knife has all nickel silver liners bolsters an button the blade an kick spring is 440-V the spring is a hard fireing as it can have being the mechanics are awkward at best in the original design too strong an superman cant push the button , they were awkward opening an once you learn its querk it opens every time no problem but as stated its the hazzards of the design , it has miniscule blade play when open if forced an it is razor sharp I made this one from a pic i seen on the net someplace an have on my system now ,Mirror finnished blade an bolsters are hard to photograph but here are some decent pics of it imo , I wouldnt build another one for less than 1200. cash up front it was that much a pain thanks for looking

Are all parts made by you, or are they pieces off other knives? I know the stag is off an old knife.

Either way, it great looking (and looks difficult to make).

Thanks guys , everything was made by me except the handles was a stag stic handle off an old butchers knife i bought at a fleamarket all the metal parts was made by hand t
