I have just started collecting knives. I received this knife from my uncle. Can someone please tell me more about it?

You have a German Eye stockman pocket knife
By the tang marking it is the second oldest marking of three used that German Eye has used.
Are there any other markings on the tang of any blades or the blades themselves?
-( life is too short to carry a cheap knife )-

The only tang marking is the on the main blade. However, on the also main blade itself. Is a faded marking that looks like it says "premium quality" with a partial eye.

You knife looks to be a 3 3/8" stockman German eye "3 eye" era knife made in the 60's or 70's. These are very desireable to collectors when in mint condition. Even in used condition they are sought after as using knives becuase they have some of the best (THE best in my biased opinion) carbon steel ever used in production folding knives. My go to knives are all eye brands.
