XX Courthouse Whittler

Post by Gunstock Jack »

I have no clue about what this pattern will look like. Does anyone have a little scuttlebutt? ::shrug::

not really scuttlebutt, but apparently there was a courthouse whittler made by case, and it looks like same shape as the gec 66, so maybe it's just a 66 whittler.

Interesting.... ::hmm:: You could be right if they're goin' the way they did with the 54 frame. I thought maybe it would be a split back whittler based on the new 33 frame. ::shrug:: I'm hoping it will be a brand new pattern like a jumbo whittler. ::nod::

I'm a big fan of whittlers myself - since they already have the 54 whittler, I'm thinkin' it's going to be a 66, but with a classic 2 spring set up.

That's my guess, and it would be OK by me …

I've been thinkin' the same thing, monk...except, I really would like to see the frame a lil' bigger...like 3 3/4" , that would be great ::tu:: Like you said, I guess we'll jus have to wait and see...

I am almost certain I see it in my mind's eye; although the factory will not utter a word about it.

But I am pretty sure it is on an existing frame; so no new frame dimensions here.

C'mon Mike, surely you know the secret handshake and have access to the trap door out in the woodland clearing …

Can't you sneak into the lab at night with your spy camera? … :|

Adding a coping blade to the 33 seems a natural fit.

I was hoping for the #33 frame but the #62 looks good too.
