I am collecting the united cutlery ford red bone knife set from 2000-2001. I keep finding more knives that belong to the set. I am trying to find a list of the whole set. I am trying to complete my set. any information would be great.

Have you contacted the folks at Smoky Mountain Knife Works to see if they have any information about the knives in that set? I know they used to have them in their catalogs.

Thanks Phil, I will check into it today. I am excited about this collection, even if it is made in china 
I love Ford and have some great ideas for the display. Hopefully I can show off the whole display soon!
