Old Florist Knife

Got this knife in a group of old raggedy knives at a flea market. It has a half stop and still walks and talks. As you can see it has been well used and after a little cleaning it revealed a tang stamp marked: SHRADE
CUTCO
WALDEN NY
Can someone help me with the age and scale material? What was the original shape of the blade?
The old knife just plainly feels good in the hand, probably not very practical for anything but cutting flowers and Irish pennants. Thanks for any info in advance. Treefarmer

Can't help with the date(there are others here who can) but I can say that the handle material is so-called,"French ivory" or celluloid popular in the 1930's for knives and straight razors and the blade was a sheepfoot originally.

The handles are French ivory celluloid and the blade was a sheepfoot.
Is the length 3-7/8" closed?
If so it is probably a S1944-5/8WPH or the version of that without the shackle.
It was made before 1946 when the name was changed to Schrade Walden and quite likely before WWII.
