Test run a success!
Toasted stag handles roughed and pinned to liners. An extra little touch was to route out the back of the front slab to hide the sear spring.
Drum role please!
The finished knife! I wasn't sure if I could get all the pics into one post, so I broke it down into three. A large leverlock auto toothpick with stag handles, my dream knife! Hope ya'll like it!
I think i'll build several more of these, they're kinda fun!

Re: Leverlock Auto Toothpick-Part 3
Thanks Kaleb! I didn't keep a log of the time spent, I probably should have. But, i'm gonna guess somewhere around 40 or 50 hours of actual hands on time. I think i'm gonna do up a batch of 5 or so sets of blades and backsprings. That'll cut down on the heat treating and tempering times, not to mention the electric bill.

Re: Leverlock Auto Toothpick-Part 3
Thanks Dale! I wasn't sure if I should post it as a tutorial. I left out alot of the step by step details. Really more of a brief run down of the process. But, if anyone learns anything from it, that's great too.
