Kershaw Skyline... fixed blade

Kershaw began its foray into the knife business sometime during 1974. The company was originally based in Portland Oregon, but most early knives were manufactured in Japan. The first US manufacturing plant was opened in 1997 & the company currently offers knives made in the U.S., Japan, & China. Pete Kershaw (an ex Gerber salesman) started the business.

Kershaw Skyline... fixed blade

Post by 313 Mike »

For any of you fans of the Kershaw Skyline G-10 handled folding knife....they now offer it in a fixed blade model too!
It's on sale now at Cabela's, normally 44.99 on sale for 29.99...looks like a cool knife for that money. Made in the USA too. I used to have a Skyline and really liked it, I think a fixed blade model would be a great knife for outdoor use, hunting, camping etc... Available in black or blaze orange. Hope this link attachment works....

If any of you already own this knife, I'd love to hear your thoughts on it.

I was also interested in it. It isn't very popular though. I better pick one up before they're gone...
