100+ Year Old Schrade... Not!

Hi guys. This one is listed as 100 years old but I think more like 1950s. For one thing, no stainless blades around 1900. I would appreciate any further info on this knife. Thanks in advance

your right S-K, they didn't use the walden stamp 100 years ago, if it was anywhere close to his estimated date it would be marked schrade cut co, not schrade walden, still a nice piece

Thanks MM. I like corkscrew knives. Dare I ask what might be an appropriate bid for such a knife? I suppose it depends on the condition of the stanhope. The seller was asked the question but seemed to miss the point.

Is that a Stanhope lens I see? Wouldn't be the first time I have seen a seller peddle one of those things without mentioning it... because he doesn't know what it is.
