Sharpfinger for TAB2you

Post by glennbad »

Tom sent me this 152, and gave me pretty much free reign. I ran some wood samples by him, and he decided on this Black Ash.

Nickel silver corby's and thong hole. Grain came out pretty nice.

Credit to Dale for the finger groove design, which is similar to one he traded me some time back.

That is very nice wood. Would you mind saying what you put on handle to finish it?

I just sanded like normal. Then I used some scratchless pink on the buffer to brin out the shine. I also think I used some Dembart's stock wax on it or Ren Wax, I don't remember which. The buffer is key to a good finish after sanding.
