"Sequestered" DHS buying another 360K HP Ammo
Deep in the guts of most men is buried the involuntary response to the hunter's horn, a prickle of the nape hairs, an acceleration of the pulse, an atavistic memory of his fathers, who killed first with stone, and then with club...Robert Ruark

Seems like if they can't pass a law to control guns, they will buy up all the ammo.
Every where on line is sold out of most ammo. It's crazy.

Notice they are buying 360,000 rounds of hollow point ammo!
Hollow point ammo (as every hunter knows) is designed to fragment and do maximum tissue damage and cause the greatest blood loss in order to bring down the game quickly.
It is pointless to use this ammo on targets. It is much more expensive than ball ammo that doesn't fragment.
Hollow point rounds are outlawed by the International Law for use in warfare; see Forbes article - http://www.forbes.com/sites/ralphbenko/ ... versation/ .
So the DHS buys this ammo for what? The only thing it is good for is hunting, but somehow I don't think they are suddenly interested in deer or rabbits. Then the only other thing this ammo is good for is killing people. We know they won't use it to along the boarders, so where are they going to use this ammo?
Pray for the Republic, she is on life-support!
2 Chronicles 7:14 "if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land."

I like hollow points for target practice, much less chance of a ricashae.
Best for home defense too, you don't want it coming out the other side and hitting someone else.

It isn't outlawed for use by a secret police force.
