Another Moose

The Queen Cutlery Company manufactured knives in Titusville Pennsylvania for 96 years. The company opened its only factory there in 1919 and commenced to make some of the best US crafted cutlery you will find. Unfortunately, the Titusville manufacturing plant closed down in 2018.

Thanks for the kind remarks, fellers! Being an accumulator rather than a collector, I've got a lot to learn. I had never handled a Moose and an ol' guy gave me a Case Moose minus the blades and I started looking. It's addictive ::facepalm:: . Found a Case with a reprofiled clip blade and then in the last 2 weeks got 2 Queens that for now will remain "safe queens". The Queen City with the stag is beautiful and this one being new/old stock at 41 years old is just unique to me ::tu:: .
