Locate Custom Knife maker Stewart Crawford

I recently purchased a beautiful custom made knife made by Stewart Crawford from La. On the blade is engraved Stewart's Knives and dated 12/20/80. If anyone knows his whereabouts, address or phone number, I would appreciate getting it. I would like to find out what type of steel was used. Thanks, [email protected]
