What The Heck Is This?

I have a question..my daughter bought some Bulldog elephant toes, but we can't find any like them online anywhere. They are different handles ie: MOP, duck feathers, really nice stag and others. All have an elephant on the shield, fighting bulldogs on tang.
The weird thing about them is...they all have four blades..2 on top, 2 on bottom and they are not the usual fat elephant toenail blades, they are more like trapper and congress blades.
She doesn't have any idea what they are worth, she is trying to raise money for her school tuition....some guy wants to buy them, but we have no idea what to price them at. They are all prototypes, in unused condition. They are all very nice. I am attaching a picture of the MOP. There is also a MOP with a lady scribed in black on the front, a fish in black on the back.

We have Case XX, we really don't know much about Bulldogs. I am sure some one with more knowledge than me will know what these are, and some kind of price range so she can sell them. Please help!

I would call them a elephant toe lobster pattern.

I believe what you are dealing with here are some 3rd generation bulldogs called baby elephant toenails. These were produced in the 1993-95 period before the standing dog series of 1996.
If yours are marked prototype then probably 5 to 10 were produced in each handle material. I believe about a hundred of the regular issue were produced of each handle material and all that I have seen had surgical steel blades. They should be around 3" closed length. thus the "baby" designation. There were a lot of prototypes in the 3rd generation that are not documented so that is probably what you have.
If they are mint I would put the value at around 55.00 for the composites and 75.00 for the natural handle knives. As they say "your mileage may vary" but the vast number of prototypes produced by the crafty marketing of Jim Parker makes me want to place them in that range.
As an aside the duckfeather handle knives were really bad to shrink and curl.

Nice looking knife I looked everywhere and couldn't find one just like it. I did find a congress that was on worth point. Where are the springs located on this knife? I'm guessing two springs? Thanks for showing it.

Wow, thank you guys sooooo much!!! I have looked at so many knives on the internet.......but couldn't find any at all like hers. I would have never known without all of you helping! What is really funny......the picture that was on the link from Ebay....I have bought Case XX knives from that guy!!! LOL Never even thought of asking him! Oh well, I guess that is good, because it led me here to all you nice people and beautiful knives!!

Anyone like Case knives?? LOL We have a lot of them, I will post some pictures on the appropriate forum.....

Thank you so much for the picture from the catalog!!! My daughter has the whole set of protos, plus a mother of pearl scrimshaw......has a woman on one side, a fish on the other. I know.........LOL Maybe she's a mermaid, I didn't look real close. You guys have been more help than I can thank you for.
I will be staying around on the forums, we LOVE knives..........but we buy and collect mostly Case XX. Unless something pretty catches my eye, I don't care what it is!!
