Schrade Walden made by Camillus ??

I have this knife that has Schrade Walden NY USA on the stamp.
The paper work said made by Camillus under license but I was told the knives with this type of handle was made by Utica.
If anyone has one made by Utica could they post it please

Schrade went out of business in 2004; Taylor bought the rights to the name. From what I have read, someone (SMKW is most-often mentioned) licensed the name from Taylor to have knives made by Camillus, and later, by Bear. The knives weren't made under license to the original Schrade company as it no longer existed.

Having Camillus make them makes sense, Camillus often contracted to make made knives for Schrade, so they had the tooling and such. (I used to have a 61OT made by Camillus, as evidenced by the pinned construction rather than the use of the Swinden rivet. Other than the manner of pinning the blades and some cosmetic details, the 61OT and Camillus 69 were identical.)

At one time, Utica was rumored to have acquired some of the tooling from the Schrade auction, possibly including the equipment to make the Swinden joint. If so, they might be a logical contract maker of Schrade-marked knives. I've not found any mention of them doing so, so I don't know if the rumors were correct or not. Your knife does look like the green bone used by Utica, but this may have been or may now be sourced from an outside supplier.

Coffeecup thanks for your answer.I have been collecting Schrade for a few years and have found examples where Camillus made knives for Schrade.I found a example where Camillus made a contract Old Timer knife for Schrade a MM88.In a post a member said there was examples( http://www.allaboutpocketknives.com/kni ... 64&t=39631 ) .So was trying to find a Utica made Schrade ( for Taylors ) I found on Ebay where they say Utica that look like Schrade.
I have collect one made by Bear & Son and a set of three made by Camillus .
