Small stag 86'

Post by prairiedog »

This 3" knife is a little smaller than I normally like...but I like the locking blade. It also has the year '86 stamped on the blade. I have a couple German Eyes from the 80's with the year stamped on them...one from '85 and this one from '86...curious if these stampings were standard throughout the 80's...or was it only a few years and a few patterns?
Thanks for any information provided!

When the knife your grandfather/father carried or put up is handed down to you...treasure it...open it up from time to time...and by all means, keep it!

That's what I was thinking being that I haven't seen very many like this...'85 and '86 are the only years I recall seeing.
Thanks for your feedback HiPower.
