Faint of heart?

Post by gmusic »

Back from the hunt.........

The butcher knife performed very well, so much so, that I forgot to get out my boning knife for a trial run. The skinner was awesome as well.......

I may be onto something here!

Looks like a great shape for a butcher knife Gary. ::tu::
I must say the handle is a vast improvement over the typical wood or plastic handle!

It worked very well Dale, the handle is about 1/2" to short so I'll make adjustments on the next one. G-10 scales.
